Founder and chief executive of Islamic Business School, with eight-plus years at Microsoft across enterprise cloud, AI and developer-tooling teams. He owns the school's technical and product direction — from the AI-first curriculum to engineering-quality sign-off — with deep fluency across LLM architectures, MLOps, cloud and AI security.
Chairman · Strategy & Corporate Relations
Chairs the board and owns the school's strategic direction — enterprise partnerships, client relationships, governance and long-term growth. A Harvard graduate with twenty-plus years of operating and investing experience, Sandeep has backed and built fifty-plus companies across technology and emerging industries.
Director · Honoris Causa
An internationally recognised business strategist, startup ecosystem builder and AI evangelist with 25-plus years across AI, entrepreneurship, marketing, EdTech and retail. Holder of dual MBAs in Marketing and International Business and an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) in Business Leadership & Innovation from GHRT International, he mentors founders as an IIT Bombay National Entrepreneurship Challenge mentor — championing ethical, purpose-driven entrepreneurship over job-seeking.
Director
An academician, researcher and administrator with twenty-plus years across higher education, research and industry. Assistant Professor in the School of Commerce and Business Management at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad, he holds a Ph.D. in Management alongside an MBA and an M.Tech., with former roles as Dean, Head of Department and Chairperson of the Board of Studies at Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology. His work spans human resource management, business intelligence, analytics and technology-enabled management, and he is a recipient of the MTC Global Young Researcher Award (2021).
